Here is help for using the maintain products section of your new eCommerce website.
How do I add products to my product catalogue?

1. Login to your webite using your details

2. On the "Your Account" tab click link for "open this website for editing", little icon gold key/green arrow.

* Login to the software by clicking start > programs > ediy software
2. On the "Your Account" tab click link for "open this website for editing", little icon gold key/green arrow.
3. On the website dashboard tab click on "Maintain Product Catalogue" or "Maintain Content" tab at top of page.
4. Create a new product group container. Click "New Group"
5. Enter group description, set group type to "Product Container" add an image, then click ok.
6. Select the new group you have created and then add a new product to that group.

7. Click "New Item", give new product a code, item name, item picture, price, long description & keywords for search engines. Then click ok when finished to save.
8. Continue to add more products, use the product search to find and edit product details by code, title or group.

If you would like to make changes to a product you have loaded, select the item and click on "Edit Item".
When editing a product, take a look at the "Additional Details" tab, here you can set specific item properties like ticking the box so the item is marked as on special, display product stock count, and various others.
You can also set the stock level in this tab and choose certain actions from the dropdown list when the stock level reaches zero. Like "Display an item sold message." You can give the product a weight to help with accurate freight
selection. Freight selections can be setup in:
Tools > Website configuration > Order freight options.
