To all the staff at eDIY solutions,

I would just like to say thank-you for solving  our website problems.

I wanted to be able to stay in control of our website on a daily basis but I am not a web designer and don’t know coding and felt very frustrated that our existing website wasn’t delivering all that it could be.

eDIY has been a very good solution to my dilemma,  for a very reasonable price they have helped me create a website that allows us to stay in touch with our customers, add specials as needed and to have a regular blog/diary.

The software is very easy to use and  I didn’t need to know any ‘computer speak’ it’s just point and click and type in your text or add photos – I really love it!

Its always available as it is downloaded to our computer and the changes are virtually instantaneous once you refresh the page. – which I also really like.

The staff at eDIY are always available on line or by phone to help and are very approachable.

Our contact at eDIY was Phillipa, she explained everything very clearly, we seemed to have struck up a repore and she understood exactly what ‘look and feel’ we were trying to achieve.

We had the website that we wanted up and running very quickly, within the week we went live!

We are extremely pleased with the whole service package that eDIY has delivered, for a reasonable price and I would recommend your design solution to one and all.
