ezCat - Easy PDF Catalogue Generation

Overview
The ezCat PDF Catalogue Generator service uses the information and pictures you've loaded into your SHOP plan web site to generate a high quality product catalogue in Adobe PDF format. This file can be printed in full colour or black and white, sent to customers via e-mail or distributed on CD-ROM.

Available creation options
The catalogue is created immediately and downloaded to your computer after you've selected the appropriate options. The options are:

• Product Groups - select all or any combination of the product groups within your on-line catalogue to include in the PDF catalogue.
• Security Groups - Products and Product groups have security flags that can be set so that products are normally hidden, unless the customer has logged in and has access to the restricted groups (for re-seller pricing etc). You can choose the security groups to include in the PDF catalogue for customised catalogues for specific customers.
• Single Customer - select a single customer from the list and the PDF catalogue will be customised for that customers security level and price level.
• Price Level - select a price level (trade price, retail price etc) and the PDF Catalogue will use the prices you have loaded on to that price level for all the products that are listed.

The catalogue has a cover page that describes which options were set, an optional graphical logo and background, an Index with page references and each catalogue page has your company name, created date and GST information.

Service Pricing
The ezCat service costs NZ$79 + G.S.T. for a 10 catalogue package. By purchasing a package from within the eD.I.Y. Software product you can generate 10 high or low quality catalogues at any time.
